Make way for mezze. You’ll be baking Italian-inspired aubergine rolls first, and popping on a platter with toasted pine nuts. Before the second course, pan-fried falafels ready to dip in lime yoghurt, and served on a bed of just-cooked carrot ribbons and tomatoes with cucumber for a cooling bite.
